Always good to read your posts Mark! For my part I have not given up beer; I brew my own. With warmer weather coming, I'll "hiit" some mountain bike trails. Keep those PSAs low! You're doing all the right things. Hi to the Mrs.

IMHO there’s a lot more that can be done…

Starting with a keto diet WITHOUT dairy and with limited red meat.

That means no sugar and no carbs.

Bonus: your body starts burning ketones for energy instead of glucose resulting in body fat loss.

Alongside this, try intermittent fasting.

Supplements to explore:

- Berberine

- Quercetin

- Zinc

- Vitamin C

- Vitamin D

- Magnesium glycinate

- Fish oil

- EGCG

- Melatonin

- CBD oil

- NAC

- Medicinal mushrooms (beta-glucans): Reishi, maitake, turkey tail

- Probiotics: Gut-lung axis → improved innate immunity

Then if you’re prepared to do all that, then look into the Joe Tippens Protocol.

Remember, if you’ve gone through a prostatectomy and radiotherapy then the medical fraternity are out of bullets (apart from lifelong anti-testosterone treatments), which means it’s up to each of us.

And after the debacle of 2020-2022 that is even more the case.

Absolutely, you are a hard act to follow. I do have a different experience, although in some senses not so different. I do value your posts a lot.

Think I have a slightly varied take on things. You will find me honest
