My wife and I did the Camino seven years ago (when I was 50) from Porto to Muxia and on to Finestere. We then returned to Australia and I walked into an operating theatre for a Radical Prostatectomy and a year later for a penile implant.
Love what you and Louise are doing. We’ve just downsized on the back of a severe heart disease diagnosis because life’s too short. Like you, the 2.0 me is fantastic.
I’ve just published a book on Substack you might enjoy titled, The Trinity of You; Decode your diagnosis by aligning mind body and soul. I’d love to hear what you think about it.
Wow...from Camino to operating table, now if there was a stark difference to be recognised...there it was! Hope all went well? And now a heart disease diagnosis, life is certainly giving you some obstacles to tackle. I love the fact that you have called 50+ v2.0...a new version rather than just a v1.1! I am going to check your book out...
Yeh it turned out great Mark. I often tell people that Prostate Cancer saved my life because of the lifestyle changes we made. I enjoyed 1.0 and now I’m reinventing, even more so with the heart disease. I look forward to seeing you around Decode Your Diagnosis.
Count me in.
Bien Camino Mark.
